COURAGE TO GRIEVE WORKSHOP- August 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th from 9:00 am to noon

Led Rev. Sue Rodgers, Director of WayPoint Centre. This workshop is for those who have experienced a recent loss of a beloved family member or friend. It’s designed to help grieving individuals understand the journey of grief and help them find tools and strategies to find the path to healing. Must be able to attend all classes. Spiritual Direction is an age-old spiritual practice in which individuals seek out a trusted spiritual guide to accompany them on their journey. Rev. Sue Rodgers is a certified Spiritual Director with many years of experience. Sue holds sacred space, supports, understands, and provides insights into how God is working in your life. She can help individuals discover ways to become more integrated, grounded, and aware of the gifts and graces active in their life.
