Hospitality Ministry (unelected)
The purpose of the Hospitality Ministry is to ensure that everyone who enters ERUC is warmly welcomed and experiences the encompassing love and hospitality of Jesus, whether they be newcomers or regular members.
Duties include creating an actively welcoming culture at ERUC so that all members see hospitality to newcomers as a congregational ministry, arranging for the recruiting and training of Greeters for all services of worship, identifying “stumbling blocks” for newcomers, and strategizing to eliminate any barriers.
This position is suited to those with gifts related to evangelism, hospitality, multiculturalism and service.
